Job summary

Angry Chickz is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure swift, accurate transactions in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle orders, process payments, and assist with front counter upkeep. Bilingual abilities are helpful but not required; weekend availability is a plus.

As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience by offering a warm welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring a swift and accurate transaction.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information.
• Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
• Bag and wrap to-go orders
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Work Attire:

Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department.

Language Ability:

Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English. Able to read English. Ability to read/speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory.
