Salesperson
Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieving our sales and service objectives. The role requires good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive system knowledge, and basic part knowledge. The candidate should be able to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers, and have in-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. The position can be part‑time or full‑time; fleet safety certification is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
- Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its sales targets
- Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
- Maintain store product and operational standards
- Manage inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, and back stock
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ensure store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot
- Perform general stocking, including truck stocking and back stock
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed

- Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
Prior Experience That Sets a Salesperson Up for Success
- 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
Store Driver
Entry level store position designed to support the delivery of parts to commercial customers. The role is responsible for delivering parts, assisting with store inventory processes, and may be part‑time or full‑time. Fleet safety certification is required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
- Pick and stage parts for customer orders
- Pick up returns and cores
- Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers
- Collect credit accounts daily
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot
- Perform general stocking including truck stocking and back stock

Physical Demands

Walking or standing for the majority of the shift, handling parts up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, using hands and fingers, reaching, climbing or balancing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling as needed. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
The work environment is primarily indoors, with occasional outside exposure to weather conditions during tasks such as battery and wiper blade installation. Employees may encounter moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, explosives, vibration, and moderate noise levels.
