Salesperson – Entry Level

Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieving our sales and service objectives. The role requires a good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive system knowledge, and basic part knowledge. The candidate must be able to source items from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers, and should have an in‑depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. The position can be part‑time or full‑time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its sales objectives.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, and back stock.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.

Store Driver – Entry Level

Entry level store position responsible for delivering parts to commercial customers. The role requires delivering parts and assisting with inventory processes in the store. The position can be part‑time or full‑time and must be fleet safety certified.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
