Job Description

What is a Salesperson? Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieving our sales and service objectives. This role requires good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive system knowledge, and basic part knowledge, as well as the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. The candidate should have in‑depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. The position can be part‑time or full‑time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, back stock, and related activities.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot.
• General stocking, including truck stocking and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.

What is a Store Driver?

Entry‑level store position capable of supporting the delivery of parts to commercial customers. The role is responsible for delivering parts to our commercial customers and assisting with task and inventory processes in the store. This position can be part‑time or full‑time and must be fleet safety certified.
