Salesperson Position

Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieving our sales and service objectives. The role requires good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive system knowledge and basic parts knowledge. It also requires the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers, and in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes. The position can be part‑time or full‑time. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its sales targets.
• Perform DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, and other related tasks.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Participate in inventory processes, including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, and back‑stocking.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot.
• Handle general stocking, including truck stocking and back‑stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.

Store Driver Position

Entry level store position capable of supporting delivery of parts to commercial customers. The role involves delivering parts to our commercial customers and assisting with inventory processes in the store. The position can be part‑time or full‑time and requires fleet safety certification.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Collect daily credit account payments.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Handle general stocking, including truck stocking and back‑stock.
