Salesperson

Entry‑level sales position supporting the DIY business and achieving sales and service objectives. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and part knowledge, ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers, and in‑depth inventory and maintenance process knowledge. Position can be part‑time or full‑time. Fleet safety certification preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its sales objectives.
• Perform DIY services, including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes: truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, back‑stock, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• General stocking: truck stocking and back‑stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.

Store Driver

Entry‑level store position that delivers parts to commercial customers and assists with inventory processes. Position can be part‑time or full‑time and must be fleet safety certified.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Collect credit accounts daily.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• General stocking: truck stocking and back‑stock.

Physical Demands

Predominantly walking or standing. Must be able to talk, hear, use hands and fingers for handling, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Requires close, distance, color, depth vision and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

Primarily indoors; occasionally outdoors and exposed to weather while installing batteries or wiper blades. Exposed to moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical shock risk, explosives, vibration, and moderate noise.
