Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Salesforce Master Engineer & Technical Team Lead to provide senior technical leadership for the Salesforce Wealth domain. This hands-on role leads a team of engineers, sets technical direction, and drives modernization of the Sales Enablement platform, including Envestnet integration and AI-enabled initiatives.

You will own delivery across Wealth initiatives, partner with business and technology stakeholders, ensure secure, scalable solutions, and mentor engineers to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years of deep, hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, custom development, integrations, data, and security.
• Proven experience leading large, complex Salesforce implementations.
• Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, or team lead experience.
• Experience in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and full SDLC ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own technical leadership for the Salesforce Wealth domain.
• Lead and grow a team of Salesforce engineers supporting Wealth initiatives.
• Drive the technical roadmap, architecture, and modernization strategy.
• Partner with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Champion innovation, including AI-enabled solutions and platform capabilities.
• Coach and mentor team members and support hiring and capacity planning.
• Oversee architecture, design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce Wealth solutions.
