Job summary
Infosys in Richardson, Texas is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to advance Salesforce testing and Quality Engineering across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
You will contribute to test strategy, design decisions, and automation framework development, using Selenium Java, Git, and CI/CD to deliver stable software.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and US work authorization; relocation may be required.

- Experience with Agile software development and testing methodologies.

- Experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Experience leading Salesforce test automation initiatives.
- Experience with test estimation, reporting, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
- Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, focusing on stability.
- Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories.
- Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality.
- Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth transitions to new software.
- Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.

- Experience defining test strategies, test plans, and test execution approaches.
- Experience with System Testing, System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, and automation testing.
- Experience defining automation standards and best practices.
- Experience conducting feasibility analysis to identify test cases for automation.
- Experience maintaining traceability between requirements and automation scripts.
- Experience reviewing test cases, automation scripts, execution results, and defects.
- Experience with Agile software development and testing methodologies.
- Experience with defect management, root cause analysis, and defect prevention activities.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Experience collaborating with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with test estimation, test reporting, and test completion activities.
- Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in salesforce lighting.
- Experience in Salesforce Devops, Salesforce Copado.
- Experience with Selenium, Copado CRT, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience leading Salesforce test automation initiatives.
- Experience preparing automation effort estimates and test plans.
- Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience guiding teams in automation script development and execution.
- Experience with customer‑facing coordination and issue resolution.
- Experience with test governance, quality processes, and automation framework practices.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
