Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide design and delivery for the Workplace Solutions organization. You will lead one of three WPS Salesforce teams, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner with the Salesforce Architect to ensure consistent designs across the platform.

You will work with a Product Owner, review user stories, and design/implement custom Salesforce solutions while integrating with multiple systems. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

6–10 years of professional Salesforce experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Strong development and design skills in Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

Set technical direction and coding standards for the team.
Mentor engineers and lead design decisions with Salesforce Architect.
Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce applications.
Lead Agile ceremonies and plan, estimate, and deliver with the team.
Collaborate with Product Owner and business stakeholders.
