Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Project - Consultant, Technical Transformation to develop and configure Salesforce features within a SAFe agile delivery framework. You will participate in sprint ceremonies, deliver production-ready IL4 code, and collaborate with eight feature teams serving 28,000 end users.

Ideal candidates have a Computer Science or related degree and 2-5+ years as a Salesforce Developer, with US work authorization and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce, Salesforce.com APEX Development, Salesforce.com Flow, Salesforce.com, Lightning Components.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries served.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce platform features supporting workflows within a SAFe agile delivery structure.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and PI planning.
• Deliver production-ready code in an IL4 Salesforce environment.
• Contribute to a shared codebase across 8 feature teams serving 28,000 end users.
