Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will configure Salesforce, collaborate with the Product Owner, and support system upgrades in an Agile environment.

Qualifications include 2+ years in technology, Salesforce experience, and strong SQL/ERP familiarity. You will document processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive value for our beverage portfolio and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/CS or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years in technology and software development processes.
  • 2+ years configuring/developing Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • 2+ years of supporting business applications.
  • 2+ years BA experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience interfacing with Stripe is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP or Salesforce CRM and SQL queries is a plus.
  • Ability to map business processes to functional specs and collaborate with Product/Owner.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and map business processes, create diagrams using MS Visio.
  • Configure and code technology systems, ensure integration, and write functional specs; coordinate with developers.
  • Create/maintain test scripts for thorough testing.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner/Manager and SMEs to maintain business documentation.
  • Support maintenance and upgrades of existing systems.
  • Triage production issues with external vendors and product support, manage tickets per SLAs.
  • Mentor BAAs to resolve production issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work closely with cross functional team members to ensure solutions are implemented using an Agile mindset and support consistent incremental delivery of a Minimum Viable Product.
