Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a Salesforce Solution Analyst to design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business operations. You will own technical implementations of enhancements, automation, and defect resolution while partnering with stakeholders, support, and release management to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, developing with Apex, LWC, Flows, and ensuring code quality

Qualifications

• One to three years of Salesforce development or technical Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce security, reports, dashboards, and platform configuration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce enhancements and custom functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWCs, Flows, and objects.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, LWCs, Flows, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Release and DevOps teams to validate enhancements and support production releases.
