Job summary

BeyondTrust, a cybersecurity SaaS leader, seeks a Salesforce Solution Consultant to design scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborate with business leaders, and guide the development team through agile delivery. You will translate complex requirements into practical configurations, build PoCs, and drive stakeholder alignment across IT and business units.

The role requires 5+ years in Salesforce consulting/administration, CPQ and Revenue Cloud experience, and strong data-architecture knowledge.

Qualifications

• >5+ years as Salesforce Consultant/Administrator with hands-on config
• Bachelor’s degree in technology field
• >3 years with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud
• Strong understanding of data architecture
• Familiarity with middleware like Boomi and Workato
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with both tech and non-tech audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements.
• Manage multiple solution efforts with project management for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical designs.
• Conduct technical analysis leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Design and optimize data models to support business needs.
• Facilitate design reviews and align outcomes with implementation.
• Segment user stories into work items for agile sprints.
• Provide demos and support QA to ensure business acceptance.
• Maintain solution design documentation to team standards.
• Develop Salesforce configurations (flows, security settings) for PoC work.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
