Job summary

Waste Solution Services (WSS) in Florida is seeking a Salesforce Administrator & Developer who thrives in both low-code and Apex development. You will bridge declarative admin tasks with programmatic solutions, delivering scalable Salesforce implementations using Flow, Lightning App Builder, Apex, and LWC.

You'll translate complex business requirements into maintainable applications, focusing on low-code first and using Apex only when necessary.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin/Developer experience.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Flow, debugging, and variable management.
Strong understanding of relational databases and schema design.
Experience configuring profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and OWDs for data security.
Experience using Jira for development tracking and deployments.
Familiarity with AppExchange packages and Salesforce UX concepts.

Responsibilities

Declarative Development & Automation: design, build, and maintain complex flows to automate business processes.
UI customization: tailor Lightning Experience using App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Dynamic Actions.
Security and data management: manage sharing, profiles, and data hygiene; perform bulk updates.
