Your role and responsibilities

As a Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce, you will design, implement, and evaluate Salesforce solutions within the broader Salesforce ecosystem. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and proficiency in various software development methodologies to drive business value.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Business Discussions: Lead business and functional discussions with clients and internal teams to ensure Salesforce implementations align with client business needs, driving efficiency, improving customer engagement, and maximizing return on investment.
  • Design Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements, utilizing expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Evaluate Solution Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize business processes and improve customer engagement.
  • Drive Business Value: Drive business value through Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop Salesforce solutions that meet those needs.

Preferred technical and professional experience
