Job summary

Deloitte invites applications for a Salesforce Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation to help drive customer-centric experiences within our Sales and Service practice. You will support transformation initiatives across operating models, processes, technology, and organizational change, delivering future-state recommendations and client-ready materials.

You will gather requirements, develop deliverables, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to workshops and implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in business transformation projects.
• 4+ years gathering requirements and documenting recommendations.
• 2+ years of Lightning (Aura and LWC).
• Experience with at least 2 clouds: Sales, Service, Community, Einstein Analytics, or Integration Cloud.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across operating model, process, technology, and organizational change objectives.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables, including status updates, workplans, meeting materials, process documentation, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate across client stakeholders and project teams to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Contribute to workshops, assessments, and implementation activities that support enterprise and functional transformation efforts.
