Job summary

good2grow is seeking a technically skilled professional to own the planning, forecasting, and budgeting application and to develop Salesforce solutions. You will manage a PHP-based planning tool and serve as Salesforce Administrator, while building Apex and Lightning Web Components to support business needs.

The role requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a hybrid on-site schedule in Atlanta.

Qualifications

Five+ years of software programming experience
Three+ years Salesforce development experience
Experience with Apex and Visualforce
Knowledge of Java, Python, HTML, CSS
Ability to maintain and enhance an existing PHP codebase
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience gathering requirements from nontechnical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Become the primary technical expert and owner of the planning, forecasting, and budgeting application.
Learn and maintain the application’s PHP codebase.
Develop enhancements and new functionality for changing business needs.
Integrate the planning app with Salesforce and other systems.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support.
Identify opportunities to improve the application and workflows.
Manage and prioritize a pipeline of enhancements.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce custom apps.
Build solutions with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
Serve as Salesforce Administrator and manage user setup/permissions.
Investigate Salesforce issues and provide ongoing support.
Monitor platform reliability of apps/workflows.
Gather requirements and translate to Salesforce solutions.
Recommend improvements to simplify processes in Salesforce.
