The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with governance and risk management, with a proven track record in wealth management technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs within financial services.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations end-to-end, ideally within wealth or asset management.
• Strong technical background with hands-on familiarity across Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform architecture.
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party delivery partners in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Salesforce program, leading delivery across all workstreams (CRM, integrations, data, and releases).
• Act as the primary point of contact for AlphaFMC, ensuring vendor management and alignment on milestones.
• Drive end-to-end execution across the delivery lifecycle: design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned to business priorities, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce development, configuration, and integration activities.
