Overview

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Minimum 4‑5 years of hands‑on working experience on the Salesforce Platform.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Take ownership of the code review process to ensure quality.
• Uphold and enforce technical standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Story Pointing and Planning.
• Drive the end‑to‑end technical lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Create proofs of concept to assess new products and integration methods.
• Support the presentation of sprint demos.
• Identify and resolve system defects.
• Document technical solutions, including security, object definitions, and automation components.

Key Skills

• Configuration: Objects, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages, Dynamic Actions & Forms, List Views, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules.
• Security Model Configuration: Sharing rules, Permission sets, Profiles, Permission Set groups, Role hierarchies, Public groups, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with OmniStudio components, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automated logic such as Flows and Triggers.
• Version control and DevOps: Git, Copado, Salesforce CLI, and deployments.
• Integration using REST API.
• Beginner level experience with Agentforce (should have achieved Agentforce Champion status) and Experience Cloud portals.

Certifications

• Must have Agentforce Specialist, OmniStudio Developer, Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer (preferred).
• Platform Developer II, Experience Cloud Consultant, JavaScript Developer (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: 63,275.00 - 93,663.00USD annually. This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
