Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The role emphasizes integration expertise and adherence to best practices, with a remote work option for qualified applicants in the U.S.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of Salesforce development and 2+ years with nCino, plus DevOps tooling experience and strong knowledge of banking processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• DevOps and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum.
• Strong understanding of banking, lending, and financial services processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, and Customer Engagement.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support integrations with third‑party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce and nCino applications.
• Support release management and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Salesforce nCino Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, hands‑on experience with the nCino Banking Operating System (BOS), integrations, and a solid understanding of banking and lending processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Knowledge of commercial lending, loan origination, credit underwriting, and loan servicing processes.
• Experience working within banking or financial services organizations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI‑powered capabilities.
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• Experience with OmniStudio and Experience Cloud.
• Data migration, ETL, and large‑scale data management experience.
• Exposure to CI/CD best practices and automated deployment strategies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 129,000– $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
