Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Senior Consultant to help clients transform sales and service with strategy, technology and operating model workstreams. You will analyze processes, document requirements, and lead workshops to drive end-to-end delivery for Life Sciences organizations from pharma to medtech and biotech.

Role requires 5+ years in consulting or Life Sciences, 3+ years leading Salesforce programs, and Life Sciences/Health Cloud certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or the Life Sciences industry (pharma, medtech, or biotech).
• 3+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead.
• Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Health Cloud Certification.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Position Summary

As Salesforce Life Sciences Senior Consultant specializing in Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their transformation goals.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for...

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or the Life Sciences industry (pharma, medtech, or biotech)

• 3+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead.

• Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Heath Cloud Certification

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva CRM and Life Sciences commercial data vendors/ecosystems

• Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud Certification preferred

  The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $198,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
