Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in Salesforce development.
• Experience with Salesforce platform: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Azure.
• Experience with SDLC and agile methods.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cloud-based integration experience (APIs, Azure, middleware).
• Data management and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership for development and operation of Salesforce CRM and related apps.
• Lead MNIT development team for maintenance, administration and modernization of Salesforce and cloud-native solutions.
• Design, develop, test and implement complex software within SDLC and agile environments.
• Mentor and provide guidance on architecture and standards; evaluate emerging technologies.
