Job summary

nCino is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team to build custom Salesforce integrations behind client implementations. You’ll design and build integrations using the nCino Integration Gateway, with Apex development, Lightning components, and proof of concepts to validate solutions before go-live.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce development experience and knowledge of integration platforms like Informatica.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and write basic integrations, codes, and code solutions.
Proof of concepts using Salesforce APEX with external integrations and portal-based solutions.
Build basic Lightning/Aura components on Salesforce.
Document solutions and customer-facing documentation for work performed.
Salesforce Dev401 certification.
Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies.
Experience using ETL/integration platforms.
Financial Services experience.
Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
Exposure to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development.
Basic understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns.

Responsibilities

Understand DevOps lifecycle and certificate-based authentication for secure communications.
Assist in building integrations into the nCino Integration Framework.
Develop understanding of Salesforce language usage and coding constructs.
Demonstrate experience with Trigger Frameworks and architectural design around integrations.
Manage multiple projects while delivering quality.
Work independently and prioritize to meet deadlines.
Build integrations from third-party systems into the nCino platform using various approaches.
Drive customer success with a team-oriented approach.
Track time and bill for hours worked on client projects.
Assist sales and sales engineering on technical calls as needed.
Encourage continuous learning and define a personal growth path.
Leverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance integration frameworks and automation.
Support responsible AI-driven approaches in cloud solutions and DevOps.
