Job summary

Deloitte’s Sales & Services team seeks a Salesforce Consultant to help Life Sciences clients improve patient engagement and streamline service operations. You will contribute to strategy, process design, and technology-enabled delivery in complex environments, working with cross-functional teams to translate patient services needs into practical Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, translating requirements into designs, and supporting Life Sciences

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting, client-facing, or relevant industry experience.
• 1+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementation.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud in a Patient Services environment.
• 1+ year of experience supporting Salesforce solution design in data structures, integration concepts, security considerations, and platform configuration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into Salesforce solution designs addressing patient enrollment, hub services, case management, benefits investigation, and patient support workflows.
• Gathering and documenting technical requirements, developing solution designs, and contributing to recommendations for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Collaborating with business, technology, and delivery stakeholders to align proposed solutions with patient services objectives and program delivery constraints.
