Slalom is seeking an experienced Salesforce leader to shape the Enterprise Business Applications capability across diverse industries in the United States. You will drive GTM strategy, guide pursuit activities, and oversee delivery quality for Salesforce engagements while mentoring teams and expanding senior client relationships.
The role emphasizes thought leadership, partnership with Salesforce teams, and the development of scalable capabilities to grow Slalom’s Salesforce practice nationwide.
Slalom Consulting is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive leader to drive Enterprise Business Applications, including Salesforce services and client success with our clients within the financial services, fintech, technology, healthcare, and public sector space. The Salesforce leader will provide thought leadership to our enterprise and mid-market clients, set strategic direction for the "Go-to-Market" practitioners, and generally be accountable for ensuring the overall quality execution of business and technology consulting across all Salesforce pursuits and engagements.
The candidate for this position will be located in the United States.
This role connects region or country-wide Capability strategy with market needs, acting as subject matter expert and thought leader at external events, and collaborates with industry partners to identify opportunities. Accountable for the Go-to-Market "GTM" focus within the East and Central markets to drive sales, pursuits, solutioning, and account management. Green - High Premium Tier (San Francisco, Silicon Valley)
200-240k
Blue - Premium Tier (Boston, San Deigo, LA, Settle, New Jersey, Washington DC, NYC, White Plains, Orange County)
190 - 230k
National Tier - (Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Hartford, Houston, Kansas City, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, Philly, Phoenix, Portland, Raleigh, SLC, St Louis, Tampa Bay)
180-220k
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
