Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration.
• Salesforce Developer Level-1 certification (Level-2 preferred).
• Experience with DevOps tools like Copado or Florum required.
• Experience managing development teams from both project and support perspectives.
• Experience as a scrum master, preferably with certification.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track IT delivery of change requests and projects.
• Oversee internal and external software development teams.
• Ensure operational readiness for transitioning projects to business as usual.
• Coordinate release activities and risk management.
• Investigate and select suppliers while monitoring SLAs.
• Manage, coach, and appraise staff according to HR guidelines.
