Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration.
Experience with DevOps tools like Copado or Florum required.
Experience managing development teams from both project and support perspectives.
Experience as a scrum master, preferably with certification.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage and track IT delivery of change requests and projects.
Oversee internal and external software development teams.
Ensure operational readiness for transitioning projects to business as usual.
Coordinate release activities and risk management.
Investigate and select suppliers while monitoring SLAs.
Manage, coach, and appraise staff according to HR guidelines.
