Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across CPQ, Billing, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will craft Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations with ERP and marketing platforms.

The role emphasizes CPQ configurator work, automation, and robust security practices while supporting end users and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications preferred (Architect/Advanced Developer/Revenue Cloud/CPQ).
• Apex development expertise: write, debug, and optimize code, triggers, classes.
• Experience with LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools like Flows/Process Builder.
• In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cloud CPQ + Billing including product configuration and pricing.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customization and automation.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs or middleware.
• Strong SDLC knowledge: sandbox, version control, deployments (Gearset/Copado/Change Sets).
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permissions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
• Develop CPQ configurations, pricing rules, and quote templates.
• Customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for sales, service, and support teams.
• Build workflows, approvals, and automation to streamline operations.
• Provide end-user support and ensure seamless integrations with other systems.
• Implement and customize Experience Cloud for portals and communities.
• Design and develop integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and deliver high-quality results.
