Spectraforce in Newark, NJ is seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and support custom Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and administrators to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimizing system performance and ensuring smooth integrations with external systems.

You will design scalable business logic, manage data models, and help deploy changes while maintaining governance and security.

Formación

• Hands-on Salesforce development with LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security profiles and permission sets.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Custom Development: Build applications, triggers, classes, and UI using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• System Integration: Create secure data integrations via web services, APIs and SOQL.
• Automation & Design: Design scalable logic, configure automation (Flows or code), manage data models.
• Testing & Deployment: Write test classes, support deployments, debug production issues.
• Maintenance & Security: Refactor legacy code, optimize governor limits, ensure proper sharing rules and security.
• Collaboration: Work with business teams and admins to analyze requirements and provide guidance.
