Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Salesforce DevSecOps Program Manager to own secure Salesforce release operations across the full deployment lifecycle. You will partner with development, release, and platform teams to strengthen CI/CD, automate processes, and keep deployments moving reliably in a remote US-based role.

Ideal candidates have 11+ years of experience, a CS/IT degree, and hands-on Salesforce deployment tool experience (Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool) plus Harness.io, Jenkins or Copado, Python,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 11+ years of general work experience.
• Experience managing DevSecOps environments for Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets or Ant Migration Tool).
• Proficiency with Python 3.9+ and Bash scripting.
• Strong Git CLI skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Develop Python-based scripting to enhance DevSecOps automation capabilities.
• Manage and optimize deployment tooling, including custom reporting tools.
• Serve as the main contact for deployment failure resolution and troubleshooting.
• Oversee the complete release lifecycle from branch creation to production deployment.
• Define and implement the DevSecOps roadmap to improve processes and developer experience.
• Mentor team members on DevSecOps practices and secure workflows.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce DevSecOps Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This role will own the coordination and execution of secure Salesforce release operations across the full deployment lifecycle. The Program Manager will partner closely with development, release, and platform stakeholders to strengthen CI/CD practices, improve automation, and keep deployments moving reliably. This is a highly cross-functional position focused on process discipline, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across DevSecOps workflows.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually
