Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer in Hoffman Estates, IL. The ideal candidate will manage release processes across Salesforce orgs and design CI/CD pipelines using Harness. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps/Release Engineering, with at least 1 year focused on Salesforce pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Metadata API, and unlocked/package‑based deployments.
• Strong Shell/Bash scripting skills and solid understanding of Linux fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own the release lifecycle across sandboxes and production environments.
• Design, build, and maintain Harness pipelines for Salesforce.
• Develop robust Bash/Shell scripts for pipeline tasks and validations.
