Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a Salesforce Developer with security expertise for a remote US-based role. The candidate will manage ongoing Salesforce development, enforce security best practices, and handle integrations and data migrations across environments.

Responsibilities include monitoring system health, triaging incidents, coordinating with offshore teams, and supporting UAT and batch runs. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing production support for Salesforce applications, monitoring system health and responding to user-reported issues.
• Triage production incidents by assessing impact and urgency, coordinating resolution and communicating status.
• Partner with offshore support resources to investigate and resolve incidents, coordinate handoffs across time zones, and track issues through closure.
• Perform approved data fixes, validate changes, assess downstream impacts, execute corrections, and document outcomes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by investigating defects, coordinating fixes, validating resolutions, and assisting business users with retesting.
• Monitor and support scheduled batch jobs; investigate failures, coordinate reruns, and confirm completion.
• Maintain incident, data-fix, and batch-run documentation, escalating recurring issues and proposing improvements.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits, and platform best practices.
• Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools, such as Git and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
