Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, Salesforce Clouds, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). The candidate should have a good understanding of Telecom domain business processes and experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Work on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Develop and configure Vlocity/OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
• Understand Telecom domain processes such as customer lifecycle management, product catalog, CPQ, order management, order fulfillment, and service provisioning.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross‑functional teams to deliver business solutions.
