Job summary

Technology Navigators seeks an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join a mission-critical team in Northwest Austin as a hybrid role with three days on-site. You will wear multiple hats and drive design, development, and delivery across production environments.

We require 7+ years in software development, strong SQL and Apex skills, and hands-on leadership experience. No sponsorship is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development and writing SQL.
• 2+ years leading teams, coaching, and prioritization.
• 2+ years of experience with Apex.
• Experience with C#.
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop database and application administration teams.
• Ensure the stability, availability, security, and performance of production environments.
• Oversee daily operations, incident management, capacity planning, backups, and disaster recovery.
