Onward Search is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a 10- to 26-week contract in Needham, MA. The role is based on a hybrid schedule, requiring 30+ hours per week to deliver Salesforce solutions and integrations for innovative projects.

You will develop Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and APIs, while aligning with best practices and technical excellence. This temporary position emphasizes clear communication with stakeholders and strong architecture understanding.

Qualifications

Proven experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Pages, Web Components, and Apex.
Significant experience integrating Salesforce with other systems.
Familiarity with VisualForce, Aura, and Apex Rest APIs.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
Configure and optimize Salesforce architecture to meet project needs.
Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs and SOQL.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Support the implementation of VisualForce pages and Apex development.
