Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design and implement robust CRM solutions in McLean, VA. You will build custom apps using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other core Salesforce products.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and data management best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configure and customize Salesforce platform features including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Perform Salesforce integrations with REST/SOAP APIs
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits
• Manage sandbox environments, deployments, and release management using tools like Salesforce DX or Change Sets
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within the Salesforce ecosystem
