Job summary

First Fed is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and customize solutions within the Experience Cloud and Salesforce platform. You will analyze objectives, create workflows, and troubleshoot user issues while enhancing integrations with iPaaS and cloud technologies.

You will work in the DevOps team reporting to the DevOps Manager. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Salesforce development, Salesforce Developer Certification, Experience Cloud and Digital Engagement experience, and a passion

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or other technical field is preferred.
Salesforce Developer certification is required.
FSC, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Digital Engagement experience is required.
Minimum of 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Understanding of HTML/CSS is highly desired.
Experience with Mulesoft is desirable.

Responsibilities

Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Develop Apex, API, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation and write/maintain test classes for code coverage.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall and release cycle management.
Integrating and maintaining business applications via Mulesoft and Exchange Applications to Salesforce.
Develop and maintain knowledge of First Fed’s development policies, procedures, and systems.
Other duties as assigned.
