We are actively hiring for Salesforce Developer.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Visa: USC only

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including exposure to complex projects, data dashboards, interfaces, and system integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and data governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Demonstrated proficiency in key development languages and data formats such as JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with integration platforms, particularly MuleSoft.
• Proven experience working with multi-system architectures and implementing redundancy design principles.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Copado and Jira.
• Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder).
• Active certification is mandatory
