Job summary

DMI is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a Federal Government customer in the DC metro area. This role focuses on OmniStudio, Flex Pages, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce within an enterprise Salesforce environment.

Remote work in the United States is available; you will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure security clearances where required, and stay current with Salesforce innovations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Salesforce product knowledge and at least 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or Administrator.
• Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce.
• Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues.
• Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions within Salesforce platform, leveraging OmniStudio and Flex Pages.
• Design and develop Flex Pages, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce capabilities.
• Implement and maintain OmniStudio functionalities, data integration, and process automation.
• Develop and customize Velocity templates to generate personalized content within Salesforce.
• Test and debug OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions for reliability and performance.
• Document designs, configurations, and customizations related to OmniStudio developments.
• Work with Salesforce Administrators to ensure seamless integration across environments.
• Stay updated on latest OmniStudio/Flex Pages practices and Salesforce ecosystem benefits.
• Provide training and support to end-users on OmniStudio and Flex Pages usage.
• Continuously optimize OmniStudio implementations to align with business needs.

DMI is currently seeking to hire a Salesforce Developerto support a Federal Government customer in the DC metro area. This Salesforce Developer will provide support for an enterprise web-based system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, primarily leveraging OmniStudio and Flex Pages.
• Utilize Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce specifically tailored for OmniStudio and Flex Pages development.
• Design and develop Flex Pages, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant components within OmniStudio to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flex Pages capabilities.
• Implement and maintain advanced functionalities within OmniStudio, including the creation of dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation.
• Develop and customize Velocity templates to generate personalized content and communications within the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations related to OmniStudio and Flex Pages development.
• Work collaboratively with Salesforce Administrators and other team members to ensure seamless integration of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions with existing Salesforce environments.
• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to OmniStudio and Flex Pages development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the usage and maintenance of OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions.
• Continuously optimize and improve OmniStudio and Flex Pages implementations to align with evolving business needs and objectives.

Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field preferred
