Job description

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Integration Procedures – Strong hands‑on experience.
• Proven experience in designing and customizing Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
• Experience with integration patterns – API‑led, Kafka, ESB, microservices.
• Understanding of SOQL performance tuning (SOQL 101 issues) and Apex governor limits.

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of CRM processes: lead‑to‑order, case lifecycle, service operations.
• Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities.

Certifications (typically expected)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Platform Developer II (preferred)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
• Additional certifications like OmniStudio, LWC Specialist, DevOps (Copado) are a plus.
