Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer with declarative and programmatic skills.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft and Microsoft development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Salesforce administration and development.
• Design and implement declarative solutions (flows, process builder, etc.) and programmatic solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to map Salesforce features to business processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and support rollout of enhancements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Drive user adoption and create training materials as needed.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices.
