Job summary

Yudrio, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Data Migration Technical Lead to drive end-to-end migration of structured data and unstructured files into Salesforce.

The role blends 60–70% hands-on technical work with 30–40% architecture, review, and coordination across Oracle, SQL Server, SharePoint, AWS, and legacy systems. The Ideal Candidate will lead discovery, profiling, mapping, transformation, and cutover activities, while guiding developers, DBAs, and data engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data, integration, or enterprise application experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce data migration experience.
• Experience acting as a Technical Lead for complex migrations.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL Server or comparable databases.
• Hands-on ETL/ELT design and development experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Data Loader usage.
• Experience with AWS or another cloud platform.
• Experience migrating from SharePoint or enterprise document repositories.
• Experience with legacy/custom enterprise applications.
• Experience developing or reviewing migration scripts in SQL/Python/Java/Apex.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end migration strategy and architecture.
• Lead source-system discovery, data profiling, mapping, and transformation.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, DBAs, and SMEs.
• Review migration scripts, ETL jobs, mappings, and reconciliation.
• Identify migration risks, dependencies, and data-quality issues.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for migrations.
• Perform migration analysis, development, testing, and validation.
• Develop and review SQL queries, ETL jobs, and APIs for migration.
• Design reusable ETL frameworks for large-scale migrations.
• Ensure traceability between source records and Salesforce targets.
• Coordinate production cutover activities and validation.
