Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Technical Leader to guide complex Salesforce architecture and delivery, aligning business goals with technology outcomes. You will drive design decisions, data models, integrations, and large-scale implementation strategies for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs.

You will mentor teams, engage in proposals, and contribute to practice growth while traveling up to 50% as needed. A CTA and Salesforce expertise are required for success in this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and Salesforce implementation experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
• Experience with licensing models, MuleSoft or middleware, and data migrations into Salesforce.
• Experience building Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, JavaScript, and Apex.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, integration approaches, and implementation strategies.
• Lead solution design decisions across data models, integrations, and application architecture.
• Oversee delivery teams through planning, design, build, test, and deployment for large-scale implementations.
• Support business development through proposals, solutioning discussions, and client presentations.
• Mentor practitioners, assist recruiting, and contribute to practice growth.
