Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Salesforce CRM Intern to join our team. You will analyze CRM data, develop reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, and generate insights that inform business decisions. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August.

Qualifications

Pursuing at least a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with CRM data or analytics is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Monitor CRM data quality and assist with data cleansing and governance.
Support collection, analysis, and presentation of key metrics and adoption data.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, service and IT to gather reporting requirements and translate them into dashboards.
Document report definitions and data sources for repeatability.
Prepare presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Job Purpose

The Salesforce CRM Intern will support the Salesforce team by analyzing CRM data, developing reports and dashboards, monitoring data quality, and generating insights that help drive business decisions. This role provides hands‑on experience with Salesforce, business analytics, reporting tools, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, marketing, service, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
Monitor CRM data quality and assist with data cleansing, validation, and governance activities.
Support the collection,analysis, and presentation of key business and user adoption metrics.
Assist in developing KPI scorecards and executive reporting packages.
Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Document report definitions, data sources, and business processes.
Help identify opportunities to improve Salesforce user experience and data capture practices.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of new Salesforce functionality and reports.
Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations.

Learning Opportunities

Gain hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM administration, reporting, and analytics.
Learn how CRM data supports sales, marketing, service, and dealer/customer engagement strategies.
Develop business intelligence and data storytelling skills.
Work alongside Salesforce Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Teams on enterprise‑scale initiatives.

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $20.34 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
