Job summary

Deloitte in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant, Transformation on the Functional Transformation team to lead transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation across business and functional areas.

You will analyze current-state processes, document future-state recommendations, develop workplans and process maps, and coordinate across client and project teams to manage risks, decisions, and actions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of consulting experience and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience.
• Three+ years managing at least three large-scale LT-Cash implementations with functional/technical ownership.
• Salesforce CPQ certification.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

As a Senior Consultant, Transformation on the Functional Transformation team, you will be responsible for...

Qualifications

Required

• Five+ years' consulting and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience.

• Three + years' experience managing at least three large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) solutions, including ownership of the functional and technical solutions.

• Salesforce CPQ Certified

• A Bachelor's degree

• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Masters Degree or advanced degree in the area of specialization

• Experience defining systems strategy, roadmap, developing process flow diagrams, user journeys and stories, developing business and systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

• Experience solutioning, and implementing other CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ/CLM technologies (Salesforce, Oracle, Conga)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
