Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Consultant to design and implement Salesforce solutions for nonprofit and other clients. You will build architecture, automate processes, and configure NPSP while integrating AppExchange apps and managing data models.

The role requires Salesforce Admin 201, Lightning experience, and ability to travel ~5%. Strong documentation and client-facing skills are essential for successful engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting experience preferred. Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader and/or DemandTools
• Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 301) preferred
• Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform
• Experience building simple decision models from complex logic requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint) with fluency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%

Responsibilities

• Build declarative components (Apps, Lightning Pages) in Salesforce Lightning
• Create on-record analytics (roll up fields, formula fields, record-level reports) in Salesforce
• Configure the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) objects, custom settings and account model
• Install and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange such as email, social media, financial management, online payment, SMS, and form building applications
• Define appropriate data model and system architecture from business requirements for defined deliverables
• Create comprehensive technical documentation appropriate for both engineering and clients
• Create written recommendations, outlining multiple solution designs and considerations for each
• Design mock ups of custom pages
• Rapidly prototype solutions and integrate feedback to support iterative development cycles

The compensation range for this role is $85,910 - $162,890. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
