Baker Tilly is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join the Systems Implementation Advisory team. The role focuses on developing technical solutions, leading client discovery calls, and delivering architecture, automation, and analytics within Salesforce.

Ideal candidates have a Salesforce Admin cert, familiarity with Lightning, Data Loader, and declarative components, plus experience building data models and reports for complex environments. Remote-friendly within the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in management or technology consulting preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) is required.
• Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 211) preferred.
• Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience building simple decision models from complex logic requirements.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building architecture (objects, fields, page layouts) and flow automation on the Salesforce platform.
• Assist with building declarative components (Apps, Lightning Pages) in Salesforce Lightning.
• Help create on-record analytics (roll up fields, formula fields, record-level reports) in Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce architecture, automation, and security settings across all Salesforce Clouds and connected apps.
• Install and configure apps from the Salesforce AppExchange.
• Draft comprehensive technical documentation for consultants, engineers, and clients.
• Document requirements from client discovery period and translate into deliverables.
• Design recommended solutions based on technical requirements and data model considerations.
