DemandPDX, a Salesforce Crest partner, seeks a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead to drive SFCC-based e-commerce solutions for a diverse client portfolio. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable commerce platforms.

This role is fully remote within the United States, requires SFCC lead experience, and emphasizes staying current with platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing SFCC-based e-commerce solutions.
• Experience leading and managing a team of developers with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and version control systems.
• SFCC Developer certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in design, development, and maintenance of e-commerce solutions for client brands.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across projects.
• Proactively identify technical challenges and propose solutions to optimize outcomes.
• Stay updated on SFCC platform updates and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead to join our team. As Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of SFCC-based e-commerce solutions for our diverse portfolio of client brands. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of e-commerce solutions for various client brands.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and recommend technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices across projects.
• Proactively identify technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement effective resolutions to optimize client outcomes.
• Stay updated on SFCC platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and estimation to execution and delivery.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in developing and customizing SFCC-based e-commerce solutions, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
• Experience leading and managing a team of developers, with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and version control systems.
• SFCC Developer certifications are a plus.
