Red Hill Consulting LLC is a New York-based IT, governance, risk, and compliance consulting firm, leading enterprise Salesforce programs for large public sector and regulated clients. This remote, W2 role demands deep Salesforce BA skills and proven delivery across several implementations.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Salesforce business analysis or functional configuration experience.
• Five or more years for the Senior level.
• At least two Salesforce implementations within the past five years, with your role clearly documented.
• Ability to write clear requirements and user stories that a development team can build from.
• Hands on declarative configuration experience, including Flow.
• Comfort presenting to business stakeholders and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current state business processes and design the future state process on the Salesforce platform.
• Configure Salesforce declaratively, including objects, fields, page layouts, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain the requirements traceability matrix through design, build, and test.
• Prepare and deliver demonstrations of configured functionality to business owners for sign off.
• Support data mapping and data migration planning from legacy systems.

Red Hill is hiring the functional and business analysis layer for a multi year enterprise Salesforce program. These are the people who sit with the business, pull the real requirement out, and configure the platform to meet it.

Levels we are filling: Associate Solution Consultant, Solution Consultant, Business Systems Technologist, and Senior Business Systems Technologist.

ABOUT RED HILL CONSULTING

Red Hill Consulting LLC is a New York based information technology, governance, risk, and compliance consulting firm. We staff and deliver enterprise Salesforce programs for large public sector and regulated industry clients.

This is a direct W2 hire onto Red Hill payroll. We do not work corp to corp and we do not engage 1099 contractors for these positions. Benefits include an optional medical, dental, and vision plan, employer paid basic life and long term disability, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

LOCATION

Remote, United States. All work must be performed from within the continental United States, defined as the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Client data may not leave that area, so we cannot consider candidates who will be working from outside it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Two or more years of Salesforce business analysis or functional configuration experience for the associate and consultant levels, five or more for the senior level.
• At least two Salesforce implementations within the past five years, with your role clearly documented, for the consultant and senior levels.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements and user stories that a development team can build from.
• Hands on declarative configuration experience, including Flow.
• Comfort presenting to business stakeholders and program leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior delivery for a government agency, public authority, or other regulated entity.
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with case management, licensing and permitting, grants, or benefits delivery processes.
• Data migration and data quality experience.

Salesforce Certified Administrator is the baseline we look for. Business Analyst and the cloud consultant credentials carry the most weight at the consultant and senior levels.

HOW WE VERIFY CERTIFICATIONS

Red Hill verifies every Salesforce credential before a candidate is presented to a client.Include the public link to your Salesforce Trailhead profile in your application. We confirm that each credential you list is current, in good standing, and has not lapsed under Salesforce maintenance requirements.For each credential, list the credential name and the date you last completed its maintenance module. Credentials that cannot be verified on Trailhead will not be counted toward your candidacy.
