The position requires a bachelor’s degree or Salesforce certs, 2+ years as a Salesforce administrator, and experience with Sales/Service Cloud, Five9, Conga, Glance, LoS, and Marketing Cloud. Expect agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Axos Bank Target Range: $75,000.00 /Yr. - $86,000.00 /Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job: This position is on-site and will be located in our HQ - San Diego CA. The Salesforce Business Analyst will partner with the business to support the Salesforce architectural roadmap. It is a technology-focused role, where you will have a deep understanding of all CRM-related technologies to successfully partner with the business to develop use cases and define technical requirements. Some of those areas may include cross functional business units, customer stakeholders’ and compliance. This role will collaborate with the business and the bank's technical subject matter experts to identify optimal solutions to solve these situations. To be effective in this role you must be able to synthesize inputs from multiple sources and translate those into clearly articulated and usable technical requirements for the bank's technical resources.
