Roles & Responsibilities

• Development and Configuration: Develop and configure Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to meet business requirements, including data models, data flows, and integrations.
• Data Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and various data sources using APIs, ETL tools, and otherintegration technologies.
• Data Management: Ensure data quality, consistency, and security by implementing best practices for data governance and management.
• Customization: Customize and extend Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities through Apex, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Automation: Automate data processing and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of data solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for data models, integration processes, and custom solutions.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing data solutions, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud or similar platforms.
• Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or similar are highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce development tools.
  • Good knowledge in AMScripting of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Exposure to data integration with Cloud paltforms like GCP or AWS would be an advantage.
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and APIs.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Interpersonal Skills
